Invited papers and definitive contributions accepted by Scientific Committee, and notified to the authors before the 15th of December 2004, should be sent to organizers before the 15th February 2005 and will be presented in English or in French. Revue Economique will publish a special issue with a selection of papers from this conference (all articles will be refereed).
